The Brighter Assessment Tool for recruiters allows you to create custom assessments to screen candidates for specific roles. It provides detailed reporting on candidate performance, rankings, and metrics to aid hiring decisions.
Go to getbrighter.io/recruiters/, select the “Recruiter” role, and follow these steps:
Name your assessment (e.g., “Software Engineer Screening”).
Choose up to five topics to assess.
Select the seniority level (Junior, Manager, Director, Executive).
Specify the job title (via autocomplete). Afterward, select a pricing plan to finalize the assessment.
You can choose among Accounting, AI, Audit, Business Analysis, Client Service, Cloud Architecture, Compliance, Content Creation, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Database, DevOps, Email Marketing, Engineering, Ethics, Financial Reporting, Front-end Development, Help Desk, HR, Leadership, Machine Learning, Marketing, Media Relations, Online Advertising, Operations, Product Management, Project Management, Sales, Scrum, Security, Software Development, Strategy, System Architecture, Technology, Time Management, and Visual Design.
Each assessment includes 15 questions per topic, with a 20-second time limit per question. The total duration is 7 minutes per topic.
Lite (Free): 5 candidates and 5 assessments per month, with basic reporting.
Recruiter ($59/month): 100 candidates and 100 assessments per month, with national rankings and reporting.
Recruiter Pro ($199/month): Unlimited candidates and assessments, with international, national, and city rankings, plus reporting.
After creating the assessment, you receive a unique invite link. Copy this link and share it with candidates. The dashboard allows you to manage invitations.
The recruiter dashboard provides:
Assessment Summary: Topics, job title, seniority, and test duration.
Metrics: Number of completed assessments, credits left, pool average score, global average score, and per-topic averages.
Candidate Rankings: A sortable table with each candidate’s rank, name, overall score, pool comparison, global percentile, topic scores, country, city, email, and LinkedIn profile. Candidates beyond your credit limit (e.g., top 5 for Lite plan) are blurred, prompting an upgrade.
